What we collect
When you order from Eat Chariot we collect your name, mobile number, and — if you give one — your email address. We keep a record of what you ordered, when, and how much it cost. If you choose to save allergy notes, we keep those too so you do not have to repeat them.
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Why we collect it
To make and hand over your order, to text you when it is ready, to send a receipt, and to answer you if something goes wrong. If you separately asked for offers, we use your number for those as well — and only then.
What we never do
We never sell your number
Mobile numbers and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else for their own marketing. Not to partners, not to advertisers, not to anyone.
We never share your order history
What you order stays between you and Chariot Gathering House.
We do use service providers to run the system — a payment processor to take card payments, and a messaging provider to deliver texts and email. They handle that data only to provide that service to us.
Your choices
Text STOP to any message to stop offers. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email order@eatchariot.com and we will action it.
We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting and tax. Everything else we delete on request.
