Chariot spent years as the place Sacramento came for the nights that happen once — the weddings, the fundraisers, the celebrations worth closing a room for. We opened the doors to everybody, and we kept the rooms. Three ways to have the place to yourself.
for the table that has to decide something
A private boardroom with its own service stairs, so food and drink arrive without anybody walking through your meeting. Projection and dedicated audio are already in the room. It suits a board that needs a door, a tasting, a rehearsal dinner, or a long lunch that should not be overheard.
above the room, still part of it
The upper level, looking down over the floor. It keeps the light and the height and the noise of a room that is alive, while sitting a storey out of it — which makes it the right choice when you want the atmosphere of the place rather than silence. Laptops welcome, and built for a longer stay.
every table, every level, the bar
A full buyout: the floor, the Mezzanine, the Nest, the redwood bar and the kitchen, with nobody in the building who is not with you. It is the version of this room the building was designed for, and the one people remember. Menus, bar and timing are all built around the night rather than around service.
