Ordering
Eat Chariot is the online ordering service for Chariot Gathering House in Sacramento, California. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it when the kitchen accepts it.
Prices and availability are as shown when you order. Occasionally something sells out between you adding it and paying — if that happens we tell you before taking payment.
Pickup
Orders are for collection at the venue at the time you choose. We text you when it is ready. Food is made fresh and is at its best collected promptly.
Allergies
We list allergens on every item and pass them to the kitchen. Our kitchen handles many ingredients in one space, so we cannot guarantee an item is entirely free of any allergen. If a reaction would be serious, please speak to us before ordering.
Changes and refunds
Tell us as soon as possible if something is wrong. If we got it wrong, we will put it right — a remake or a refund. Email order@eatchariot.com or speak to us at the counter.
